Microspin 12: New Lid for spin-columns

The new enlarged lid for the rotor, MSL-SC, allows you to expand the scope of centrifuge applications. Microspin 12 can now be used for centrifugation of spin columns. The new lid is an optional accessory  and when ordered it should be indicated separately.

Applications of spin-columns:

• Isolation of total DNA / RNA from various biological samples
• Isolation of plasmid DNA
• DNA purification from gel and reaction mixtures
• Purification of DNA for sequencing or restriction
